Miramar Conference, to deal with Eastern Hemisphere Options

Gentlemen,

We are here reunited because there have been a series of events that can and should be considered as a threat to all of us who have presence in the Eastern Hemisphere of Micras.

The recent events have triggered the security alerts in all of our nations, but the question here is how to react to this situations?
Of all these events which are to be considered truly a danger and what should we do as a group to solve this or at least prevent further advance.

First thing to do is to establish a Joint Task Force to deal with this and prevent the spread of the threat to our sphere of influence.

I urge you all to consider our invitation to join and establish a safer micras.

Welcome to Miramar, as we speak the 1st Destroyer Flotilla and the 1st Landing Flotilla along with HIMS January should be on the way to the Corcovado Naval Base Station, just minutes from this castle.

I have ordered Adm. Charles deVilliers to ensure the fast arrival of our fleet along with the Holzer fleet that will transport the Kaiser.

Also requested to His Majesty's Foreign Minister to deliver invitations for this conference.

I am Jean Carmichael, current First Consul of the Empire of the Alexandrians. Forgive me for not attending sooner but pressing affairs of state have meant I have been unable to come down to the Principality of Corcovado. I may not be First Consul for much longer due to upcoming elections for the new Imperial Parliament, however, I would like to extend my welcome to you for attending. I asked His Imperial Highness to initiate this conference due to pressing matters affecting all the interested nations on the Keltian continent and I hope some fruit is born from this Conference.

I would like to start off by saying that Ocia have caused unnecessary trouble and have been frankly silly in all of their strategies. They have also tried to provoke our nation, who has been clear to be neutral in their affairs.

I would like to point out that we should only target Ocia and that no other country is a threat to our safety. No attacks on ideology should be made, as it is an aggressive foreign policy not belief in a bad ideology which has led them to be so aggressive.

We should sign a treaty of mutual assurance that we will aid each other's nation if Ocia attacks. We should also set out clear areas of which other nations should not travel inside without permission of that nation, and we should firmly uphold any regulation.

I urge all nations of Micras to please support us by saying you will not stand for these provocations. We must act swiftly.

I believe that we all clearly understand your point, however, we do not want to provoke more hostilities.

We also understand this is affecting all of our nation's security, therefore the Empire of Alexandria proposes the following to be published as a joint memorandum of agreement:


1. The Keltian nations reject the notion that the DRO has control over the eastern Ocian Federation without the approval of the eastern Ocian Federation.

2. The Keltian nations understand that further provocations from the DRO will only lead to greater condemnation from the Keltian nations.

3. That in the event of another substantial armed incursion by the DRO into any other Keltian nation shall be met with whatever measures the Keltian nations deem necessary, including but not necessarily limited to military action.
