Ah, thankyou. So if VBNC chose to hold their earnings in SCUE Currency instead of IE, at the standard exchange rate, they would not be required to pay asset tax then?

Supposing the payment happened once Alexandrian funds had been changed (via Stormark) to SCUE, then it is my provisional opinion that VBNC would not be liable for NIC.
